Carmen Dills, LMHCA

Carmen Mercedes Dills, LMHCA, is a bilingual Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate who provides compassionate, trauma-informed care to individuals and groups. Originally trained as a medical doctor in her home country of Nicaragua, where she specialized in psychiatry, Carmen brings a holistic understanding of the connection between mind, body, and emotional health.

She has extensive experience working with trauma, domestic violence, and sexual assault survivors, as well as individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and neurodiversity. Recently trained in EMDR therapy, Carmen integrates evidence-based approaches to support healing and resilience.

She also facilitates group therapy and values creating a safe, collaborative space for growth and recovery. Carmen recently joined this amazing clinical team and is excited to contribute her skills and passion for helping others thrive.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, and continuing her professional growth.
