Jessica Burke
TMS TECHNICIAN- Psychology Doctoral Candidate
Jessica is a PhD student in Developmental Psychology with her research focusing on the intersection between spirituality and human potential. She brings more than a decade of experience in advocacy, clinical care, and integrative wellness to her work at Breathing Space.
As a Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) technician, Jessica values both precision and compassion, ensuring clients feel safe, seen, and supported throughout treatment. Her professional endeavors have included seven years of active duty service in the U.S. Navy, as well as roles as a sexual assault victim advocate and community brain health counselor. These experiences have shaped her commitment to creating spaces of care and trust.
Beyond her clinical and academic work, Jessica is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) with specialized training in trauma-informed yoga, pranayama, and sound healing. She also holds certifications as a Usui/Karuna Holy Fire Reiki Master from the International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT). She is passionate about weaving together psychology, evidence-based practices, and holistic healing to help people build resilience, find balance, and experience meaningful transformation.
