Rachal believes that healing begins with being truly seen and understood. As a mental health counselor and a 13-year Naval ombudsman, Rachal has a deep personal and professional understanding of the unique rhythmic stresses of military life from the deployment cycle to the complexities of reintegration. Transition, trauma and the deployment cycle are not just clinical terms to Rachal - they are lived experiences as she has navigated alongside a Naval community for nearly twenty years.

Whether you are a service member navigating the high-pressure demands of the mission while trying to meet family and personal needs, a military spouse managing the heavy lift on the homefront, or a civilian facing life’s transitions, Rachal provides a safe, trauma-informed harbor with a Solution Focused perspective, utilizing evidence-based modalities like CBT, DBT, And ACT to help you build resilience. I am honored to walk with service members, spouses, and civilians alike as they seek their own “breathing space” and a path towards lasting growth.
